A couple in Tampa, Florida generously donated $1,000 for the purchase of school supplies for needy children. To date, supplies and books have been purchased for 34 children in San Salvador and San Sebastian. To see pictures of this project, click here. (Posted 28 January 2003)

A large refillable water tank was purchased for the Nerio Family that live on the San Salvador Volcano without running water or electricity. The tank has been delivered and is currently being installed. Church members in Oklahoma generously donated $600 for this project. To see pictures of this project, click here. As of the end of 2002, twenty-three children have received a free dental cleaning and check-up. A generous donation of $200 has been made to pay for the care of 40 children. To see pictures of this project, click here. (Posted 28 January 2003)

The following is a list of items that can be donated for the Close to You School. If you have an item to be donated, please contact us at closetoyouinc@hotmail.com so that we can make arrangements for you to ship your donation. Please realize that shipping is quite costly, so do not send anything that does not work or that is in poor condition.
